Gannon's Mercs and Prestige (GMP) is a Mercedes-Benz specialist garage located in Hertford, Hertfordshire in the Hertford Industrial Estate just a short distance from the A10.

Gannon's Mercs and Prestige was set up by James Gannon. James worked as a highly qualified diagnostic technician at a main Mercedes-Benz dealer for over 12 years and in that time has worked on a diverse range of Mercedes models.

As well as being the business owner, James continues to work as the head technician for GMP. The business employs other highly skilled and trained diagnostic technicians; all of which have an outstanding level of experience.

Each of our staff are carefully selected for their skillset, knowledge and experience on both Mercedes-Benz and other manufactures and models.
